What exactly is PlastiGuide

Plastiguide is a combined plastic (pvc) and ejection-foam guiding system mostly (but not exclusively) for tip cutting and hole punching leather belts, straps, dog collars and the like.
The system simply enables very rapid tip cutting and multi hole punching in one operation.
It was invented by Lucris Manufacturing in 1992 and has been used by hundreds of saddlers , bag , belt  and dog collar manufacturers since then.

Once the plastiguide is positioned, simply swing the clicker head over the die and click out the result below.

The above belt tip example is only one type of plastiguide cutter, the buckle end can also be created and other pattern sets can be created almost only limited by your imagination.

Plastiguide can be made to a large variety of shapes and sizes,
some are made just to cut the holes, others cut the point and holes (as shown),
yet others cut buckle slot and holes, and the end.
With just 2 of these dies, and an MA Series III Press
Leather or plastic belts of any length may be produced.
